We accept most dental insurances and are contracted with all Delta Dental plans. As a courtesy to our patients we fill all primary insurances for you. Our office is not a Medicaid provider. Most plans are intended to assist with the cost of treatment and do not cover treatment 100%. Generally, insurance pays a percentage of covered procedures up to a set yearly max. As a courtesy we will estimate an expected insurance payment. Since it is impossible for the office to guarantee insurance payments, the patient is responsible for any balance that may not be covered. You will receive a statement in the mail for any balance unpaid by insurance.

Falls Park Dentistry provides no interest payment plans through CareCredit. Please feel free to ask any of our team members about how this can help you achieve your dental goals.

Senior and Military Discount: Falls Park Dentistry will offer a 12 % discount to patients who are 65 years of age and older in addition to men and women who have and are currently serving our country. Military identification may be requested to receive discount.

We accept credit card, debit, and cash. All deductibles, non-covered services, and patient portions are due the day services are rendered.
