Dr. Derrick believes in the importance of quality comprehensive dental care and strives to provide the best dental treatment possible to his patients. He also understands that finances can play a major role in a patient’s decision to get dental work completed. To assist with the financial aspect of comprehensive oral care, Falls Park Dentistry provides different financial options to their patients.

Insurance

We accept dental insurance and file it for you. Most plans are intended to assist with the cost of treatment and do not cover treatment 100%. Generally, insurance pays a percentage of covered procedures up to a set yearly max. As a courtesy we will estimate an expected insurance payment. Since it is impossible for the office to guarantee insurance payments, the patient is responsible for any balance that may not be covered. You will receive a statement in the mail for any balance unpaid by insurance.

If your bill is unpaid, a collection agency may be chosen to manage delinquent accounts. If your account is placed with a collection agency you will incur a billing charge. You will then be responsible for your balance plus the billing charge.

Financing

Falls Park Dentistry provides no interest payment plans through CareCredit. Please feel free to ask any of our team members about how CareCredit can help you achieve your dental goals.

Prepayment

After your initial exam, a treatment plan will be provided to you for any proposed dental work that you may need. A 10% discount will be available to you if you choose to pay your portion in full at least two business days prior to treatment. The prepayment discount does not apply to special offers that Falls Park Dentistry, PC may be offering at the time of service.

Our Guarantee

Dr. Derrick offers a 4 year guarantee on crowns and veneers and a 2 year guarantee on fillings on the condition that you keep up with your preventative care at Falls Park Dentistry every 6 months.

Accepted Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, and cash. We do not accept personal checks at time of service. All deductibles, non-covered services, and patient portions are due the day services are rendered.
